I ordered a sample color ring to use to match my hair color and go for a consult with a hair stylist. Although I had hoped to move forward with tape-in hair extensions, once completing the consult with my stylist, it was decided that moving forward with extensions would not be the best idea for my hair.

I reached out to glam seamless to ask how to return the sample ring, to which they responded with their no refund policy. While I understand the no refund policy on anything that could actually be used, that policy makes no sense for a product that's unusable, such as the sample ring.

They still refused to refund the $50, leaving me with a product I could never and will never have use for. Terrible customer service in my opinion.
