Not quality extensions
I ordered the hair extension in Sept 2018. I received the extensions and had them put in my hair by a stylist.
When the stylist opened the packs of hair - they didn't look good - very thin - very stringy. I emailed the company on 9/21/18 and was told no refund would be issued because 100% of the hair would need to be returned and since it was trimmed (because lets face it, I paid a ton of money to buy them and also to have them put in and the hair looked like *** so the stylist trimmed it so it would look somewhat better). I would not recommend this company at all. I paid a lot of money - very poor customer service and policy.
Never refunded.
Feel like a victim and a fool. Such BS!

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE
Horrific Experience!
My hair stylist recently put the glam seamless hair extensions in my hair. She had used them on many of her clients and they came highly recommended. I was so excited to have the extensions. One of the main reasons being that my wedding is coming up on April 6.
I had the extensions in for about 3 weeks and during that time the hair from the extensions was falling out, rapidly. After sharing this with my hair stylist several times she asked me to come in so we could take them out. When we took them out we were horrified to see that the hair had completely fallen off of all the tape.
We contact Glam Seamless and they told us to send them back to them.
After shipping them back Glam Seamless contacted my hairstylist and shared that they could not replace the extensions because the color was temporarily out of stock. They shared that the product would be back in stock in May. Without consulting us, they went ahead and issued a store credit. Why would we want a store credit if we weren't going to be able to purchase the correct product?!
I have now personally tried to reach out to Glam Seamless to speak to them about refunding our original form of payment so that I can purchase extensions for my wedding elsewhere, however, no one from the organization has taken the time to contact me to resolve this issue.
So now, I am out over $1000.00 and have no extensions for my big day.

Worst customer service EVER!!!
this company is quick to sign you up (pro acct) and gives profuse misleading information about their products. they carry three lines of tape ins, and only ONE is worth buying.
They promise the lengths as 14,16,18,20 inches, and many colors BUT the GOOD ones, (REMY) only come in 20 inches, and are much too long for normal wearers. They tried to keep my 1500 investment, and sent a box of junk as my "kit" I sent it back, and was told NO REFUNDS. I had to report the fraud to my credit card and submit my tracking info, that their *** had been returned. .
They tried to switch up after I signed and paid, and told me that they had "changed" the contents of the kit, due to high demand.
Phones are not answered, and if you finally get someone, they appear to have good intentions, but no product knowledge. Anything to avoid a straight answer.

Glam seamless hair Is the BEST!
Ive tried so many only to find out how cheapy they are made and most are not 100 percent human hair as they claim.
The only one who has the best hair And natural blended .
Is glam seamless.
Their hair is 100 percent real and its like your own.
Plus their tape for tape in hair Does not come out until nearly 3 months .
I love that because i brush it all the time wash my hair nearly every day .
I excersize alot and still have my hair stay in.
Ive been ordering hair from glamseam
for a long while now and will continue.
I do believe these woman who claim
Glam seamless is no good , are paid by other companies because It does NOT fit with what ive experienced.

They do not refund your money, only give credit. Then they returned the product to me after i had shipped it back to them so I could get the credit.

Fed ex service
I ordered some hair & it was to be fedexed the next day. They charged me $12 for signature + shipping.
I never received the pkg and when I looked at the shipping date I found out it went out on the day I should have been receiving my order.
I never got my hair, don’t know what happened, so my bank disputed the charge. Got my money back but tried to order halo hair 1 month later and was informed I cannot order from them any longer due to my dispute.
Terrible product and terrible customer service
I wore my extensions for a week I bought the gray, platnum blonde and lilac, which also came pink not purple. Because my hair was platnium blonde I had to use a blonde care shampoo to keep my hair not brassy.
Upon indirect contact with the shampoo my extensions turned purple! No hair should do that when I contacted customer service they dont care that it happened or about my complaints and have blocked me from all platforms. Your first red flag should be there are no negative reviews on their page they delete them all!
These extensions are over processed thin garbage and so are all of the fake reviews. If you try to leave a review on their site it gets deleted and they block you on all platforms!

Bad customer service
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. OFFER NO REFUNDS EVEN THOUGH IT IS THEIR FAULT.
THEY PROMISED A 5-10 DAY DELIVERY WHICH I PAID, RECEIVED THE ITEM AFTER A MONTH.
I EVEN RECEIVED TWO ITEMS OF AN ORIGINAL ORDER OF JUST ONE. MESSED UP!
Poor customer service after product came undone
7/11/18 update: NEVER heard back from Glam Seamless. I see their post on social media and they literally delete all negative reviews.
Their response was to blame my stylist (see attached photo). They even asked for her name and number saying they would call her and advise her how to properly install the extensions (can't make this stuff up) . This was all via email. After asking for a refund, there was no follow-up.
I would not recommend purchasing any products from this company. The customer service is horrible.
Also - I attached a photo of their response. I'm no grammatical guru but I had to read their response twice just to make sense of it.

Item not as described/No replacement available/No refund?
Today I received my Glam Seamless order of 4 packs of invisible Tape-ins. I paid $503.97 for the 4 packs of hair which will cover only half of my head because they are extremely thin, and $11.99 for shipping. The colors are all marked 18A/60, but two of them are completely different colors!!!
Upon requesting to return the hair extensions, I noticed they are charging me around $12 restocking fee for color inconsistency and mistake in quality check!! Unbelievable!!
I went on their website to find replacement for these ridiculously thin and expensive extensions but wasn't able to because they are SOLD OUT of majority of the colors and lengths!!
I have an appointment with my hair dresser this Saturday and no extensions to use - I cannot afford to purchase extensions directly from my hair dresser because this company does not give you your money back!!
They don't refund AND they don't have replacements available in stock to do an exchange either.. are they going to take my money, sit on it and collect interest on my money while I'm waiting for them to one day restock the hair color/length that I need? This is by all means illegal!!
I'm literally screwed out my of $500 plus dollars!!
I can't believe they are able to do this to people! I am going to let everyone know how this company screwed me out of my hard earned money. I am also going to search for any attorney because it is illegal to hold on to someone's money when you don't have the merchandise to replace it with.

Horrible hair quality
I have been doing hair for 8 years and installing extensions is one of my specialties. This hair quality goes to crap within 3 weeks when really the hair should be good for at least a year with spending $750.00!!
The hair literally feels like Doll hair and starts dreading even if you use leave in conditioner or hair masks.
I even did not use any sort of heat on them as well and still the condition of the hair is CRAP. The customer service wasn't even better you would think that if a person spends that much money on the hair and shipping that they would want to help the customer but instead they ignore your email and I got no response.
DO NOT GET THIS HAIR!

Tangled Horrible Mess
Tangled mess -I've bought their Invisiwefts twice and the same thing happened both times. The first time they starting matting horribly after about 2 weeks.
I use Pureology shampoo and conditioner which is a very high quality shampoo. I thought that maybe I got some bad extensions. I decided to try again with the same kind just s different color. Had my stylist install them.
They were good for the first install. The second install is when they started tangling and matting so so bad. I had to have my stylist put layers/blending the hair since they are so thick they look unnatural unless your hair's perfect. I won't waste my money next time.
I'll go back to those "other brands". I've used many types and brands of extensions for going on almost 4 years so I'm not inexperienced on the maintenance.

They refuse to refund my money. Even though the product tab is CLEARLY a factory defect, and I couldn't even SEE the tab until I opened the package.
They want ME to pay shipping to return these ONLY for an exchange.
I don't want an exchange. I want a REFUND grrr!
In order to return your item you have to pay a shipping fee AND a restocking fee to them, usually at high cost and taken out of your "store credit". So after you are out 50 dollars for a restocking fee, you can use your "credit" to get extensions that they may or may not send the right ones.
I could not see the tabs of my Glam Strands i purchased untill I opened the package and looked. They were not as advertised on their website and videos.
On the website and videos, the glam strands look like small Invisi tape ins, and are advertised as such. These "glam strands" have a thick tab, with sew lines and look like regular tape ins that have been cut.

Dear Alexandra (if it was truly you on the review you posted)... I'm sure that some of the bad reviews here are from people who were hoping to save some money and do it themselves BUT I myself am a LICENSED STYLIST for almost 15Years and have been using and installing your extensions for almost 2 years.
Quick background, like I said I have been licensed for almost 15 years and have been a certified extension installer by 3 different brands and then came across your company. At the beginning your hair quality WAS great. It WAS beautiful and it WAS pretty much hassle free....BUT now that you have "expanded" (so I was told by your employees) and the hair is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE now. I had my last THREE orders have matted tangled fried looking disasters your company calls quality hair.
And when I brought it to your attention I actually had your VP Chloe tell me that maybe your company and I are not a good fit anymore....OH I'm sorry that when I or my clients spend upwards of $600 on hair we want it to be RIGHT!!! So because of that I guess I should take my business elsewhere. I sure hope others come across this and know that when they say that with all the salons and stylists that use your hair there are zero complaints THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNTRUE !!!!! I have complained myself and I know of other stylist who also have....So please beware!!!
When there are this many negatives, there's got to be a reason.....Just wish I actually came across this sooner....Good luck if you have any issues with them. Oh and these are just a couple photos to show what the hair does on its own.....Have plenty more but figured these were good enough
