I contacted Glam Seamless right away. The hair I received is not straight once it is wet, very curly and frizzy of which you don't know until after installed. Very misleading to process the fair to look silky and straight for packaging, knowing it is not. Also, it sheds like a dog in July....horribly. Handfuls. I reached out to customer service and quality control dept. Supplied photos too. I was essentially told too bad, until I said I'll just make a YouTube review so others don't lose hundreds of dollars and then I was told I can uninstall the hair, send it to them, and they will decide if it is defective and let me know.....really? Are you kidding me??? I had to pay first and trust the company they would ship a quality product, and you want to question my integrity? Wow. The right thing is send replacement hair. I'm happy to ship this garbage hair back. That is what a reputable company does!

I was going to buy their hair until I came on this site. You saved me $300

I am writing this review in hopes that the founder that who posted here defending the product, reaches out and contacts me directly. If she believes her hair is of the finest quality then she is not aware of what her company is selling. She actually defended the product and said all bad reviews were made by competitors - Um no! Nice Try. I am happy to post an image of my $700 purchase. To give you some background, I have worn extensions for 3+ years. I tried both the microlink and tape-ins made by Cinderella. Same stylist always applied them. Before my daughters wedding I started looking into Glam Seamless because I wanted to wear my hair up and for them to be invisible. Although the extensions are much more expensive than Cinderella I did it anyway. They were put in a week before the wedding. The day of the wedding 4 of them slipped in the shower. Mind you, I ALWAYS follow best practices and use the right hair products, sleep with a satin pillow, etc. It was all downhill from there. I have been back for a maintenance once and so far they are holding (its been 4 days),,, BUT the tangling and the amount of hair that is coming out every time I brush shows the poor quality. I am not even sure this is all Remy hair. I am aggravated but what can I do now? The only way the company will act is by sending the hair back and I have already spent a fortune and don't want to remove them at this point. So I am dealing... I will also keep my eyes open for a class action lawsuit.

i ordered from the sale items and apparently glam seamless sale items are the rejects that dont qualify to be full price. the clip ins that i received are nothing like the color i ordered and the ends are very thin. there was no sticker seal on the package either like there is supposed to be. when i contacted them they told me there is nothing i can do because sale items are final sale but the problem i have here is that its not the product i ordered! when i went to social media they tried to “help” me but instead they deleted my comments and then blocked me so there could be no further contact. this is absolutely ridiculous and glamseamless it wont be long until more people find out the truth about your scam scheme

My hair is very thin so I buy the tape ins for volume and some length. Normally (from other companies- including ones off of amazon) I buy two packs and have no problem. I bought two packs of hair from glam seamless and the ends of the extensions are so thin you could clearly see the difference between my hair and the extensions. There was no fullness at the ends of the hair. Very disappointing for how much you pay for them.

Glamseamless “diy seamless selfie” extensions are 50 dollars. It says no where on the page that they are a single pack, however every other extensions says the number per pack very clearly. The extensions are tape in remy extensions, so 50 dollars for one piece But the 20 piece remy tape in extensions are 130 dollars per pack and the two piece sample is 8.99. How does that math add up. I emailed them to which they responded by telling me what I ordered, and then I asked them to break down the pricing to which they responded by saying they could break down the pricing but the two piece was 1 inch wide and the one piece is 3 inches wide How does that make any sense? So now my nanas been screwed out of 50 dollars I’m not going to have the hair I want for prom and I’m pissed The hair felt like good quality but was frayed and tangled as soon as I took it out of the packaging. Not worth 50 dollars for one piece. This is an outright scam. #scamseamless

Not much to update. They did respond on trust pilot to my review, saying they couldn’t refund my money because I had disputed with my credit card company already and the funds were frozen, another lie.

I’m actually still paying on this fake hair I never wore because used sezzle to make payments ♀️. I actually changed my credit card number after that, but sezzle somehow got my new credit card number from MasterCard wtf! Didn’t know that was possible! And in my last emails with glam seamless, these jerks mentioned the burn test and said they would love for me to send them of video of the results as they care about the quality of their hair.

Ok so I do only to have them respond saying that they now have documentation that I damaged the hair so they could not take the hair back now. Just WOW, shady as heck. Told them I burned a separate single weft I bought from them and not the hair I’m trying to get refunded for, no response to that. I knew better than to burn the hair I wanted refunded already ♀️.

There is no other hair company selling hair over the internet without a tester weft or some way to actually see the hair before being stuck with it that I have experienced in my over a decade of wearing extensions. I had bought two single wefts from the them separately and since my review I have tried toning with purple shampoo several times and no color change at all. I will try actually toner dye next and see what happens.

Not sure what these people are selling but it’s now 100% remy human hair. Most likely it’s the same synthetic they use for their synthetic ponytails.

Everything that glam seamless says here in their replies is a lie. Their hair is fake, not real or remy. They do not send a tester weft, just a box that cannot be returned after opened . Even so I was told they would refund my money if I had not worn the hair. I sent the hair back still fully attached to ties in a bundle, unworn. These fools just sent the hair right back to me, said it had a smell . I complained about the quality of the hair several times. Glam seamless claims here that they want to know if there is “one single hair” that is not real, well the hair I was sent was full of clear plastic hairs in the dark half of the ombré, and even had black hairs in with the blonde . Hair looked and felt plastic. Glam seamless did not refund or exchange. Never a word in response to my complaints about the quality, and did not honor their claim of a six months guarantee quality warranty. I am still sitting here with the same fake hair in the package with no money returned to me. This place is scamming people out of their money and sitting here answering complaints with a bunch of lies. My intention was to review this company and see if these complaints here on their site were valid, as I am always interested in finding good hair companies, and tired of the bad ones. When the company offered to refund after the box was opened, I thought maybe they were as bad as the claims here but the complaints here are true, it was all just part of their scam. I video taped the whole process and will post to YouTube soon. This hair definitely has synthetic hair and could possibly be ALL synthetic. They will not refund your money, even if the color is simply wrong, and they will not honor their warranty even if you never even wore the hair . Just a bad bad hair company.

Also forgot to mention that when glam seamless sent the hair back to me it seemed like less hair! Weighed it and it did not weigh 180grams.

I called in and asked if the 180grams advertised included the weight of the clips, and was told no, hair should weigh 180 without the weight of the clips. So then when I said well the hair I have doesn’t even weigh 180, then the story changed wtf! I don’t think they sent back the same hair or some of the wefts were removed or changed.

I can’t believe these people told me to send back only so they could send me back half the hair. Seems like they think they can get away with anything without recourse.

Not quality extensions

I ordered the hair extension in Sept 2018. I received the extensions and had them put in my hair by a stylist. When the stylist opened the packs of hair - they didn't look good - very thin - very stringy. I emailed the company on 9/21/18 and was told no refund would be issued because 100% of the hair would need to be returned and since it was trimmed (because lets face it, I paid a ton of money to buy them and also to have them put in and the hair looked like *** so the stylist trimmed it so it would look somewhat better). I would not recommend this company at all. I paid a lot of money - very poor customer service and policy. Never refunded. Feel like a victim and a fool. Such BS!

Tangled mess -I've bought their Invisiwefts twice and the same thing happened both times. The first time they starting matting horribly after about 2 weeks. I use Pureology shampoo and conditioner which is a very high quality shampoo. I thought that maybe I got some bad extensions. I decided to try again with the same kind just s different color. Had my stylist install them. They were good for the first install. The second install is when they started tangling and matting so so bad. I had to have my stylist put layers/blending the hair since they are so thick they look unnatural unless your hair's perfect. I won't waste my money next time. I'll go back to those "other brands". I've used many types and brands of extensions for going on almost 4 years so I'm not inexperienced on the maintenance.

Your experience is similar to mine. Second month they are a tangled mess.

I just pulled the hair out of my brush and I would swear it is not real hair. I have been wearing extensions for years and have never experienced this before. These are a lot more expensive than the ones I wore right before I switched to these. I am disgusted!

The time it is taking to remove the tangles and dry it then straighten it only adds to the insult of paying $700. GRRR

You cannot actually look at and feel the hair before returning. I want see the hair out of the box but if the deal is broken- you cannot return. I cannot really tell what the color is but don’t think it’s a match. I can only get a credit and have to pay $12.95 for shipping. I need the hair for an event coming up and now will not have time after waiting for the credit to hit and trying to order again. Will not use this company for extensions ever again and would not recommend.

I bought 5--$ worth of tape ins and spend 200 to get them installed. The first time I tried to flat iron the hair it completely burned, turned black and crispy and broke off. These are not 100% human hair as advertised, I had to get them taken out and I sent them back for a refund after showing them the photo of the burnt crispy hair they gave me my money back. I still wasted 250$ and my time to get them installed and removed! Do not purchase this hair! They are scammers and the claims on the website about being the best hair etc. etc,. are all FALSE!!!!

They refuse to refund my money. Even though the product tab is CLEARLY a factory defect, and I couldn't even SEE the tab until I opened the package.

They want ME to pay shipping to return these ONLY for an exchange.

I don't want an exchange. I want a REFUND grrr!

This company sends the extensions in a sealed package, where you can not investigate what you got until you break the seal. If the item is wrong, which it OFTEN is, you can only return it for store credit. In order to return your item you have to pay a shipping fee AND a restocking fee to them, usually at high cost and taken out of your "store credit". So after you are out 50 dollars for a restocking fee, you can use your "credit" to get extensions that they may or may not send the right ones. I could not see the tabs of my Glam Strands i purchased untill I opened the package and looked. They were not as advertised on their website and videos. On the website and videos, the glam strands look like small Invisi tape ins, and are advertised as such. These "glam strands" have a thick tab, with sew lines and look like regular tape ins that have been cut.

I wanted to cry when i received my extensions as a birthday present to myself. The texture and color was off and no refunds. A good friend recommended ninjadms on ebay. I tried these people and i have no regrets. I wish i had found them from the start instead of wasting my money.

Terribly damaging butt good quality hair

I’m a long time user of glam seamless extensions. I bought three packs of 10 wefts per pack and they did wonders for my hair! They did become dry after a few washes but I found that ‘it’s a 10’ hair mask worked great for my extensions. They became more shiny and there were less tangles. I ended up using these extensions for 8 months and had them reinserted multiple times and I even dyed them. However , I will not recommend to anyone because of the fact that the tape does not come out. It damaged my hair to the point of no return. I have super thin, fine natural hair so the tape ins would actually break off my natural hair and sticky residue would be left in it. I found that the only way to get the stickiness out was by peanut butter and olive oil mixed. Anywho, quality of hair is good but too damaging for it to be worth it.

So I'm coming here because of course you can't leave a negative review on their website since it never seems to take. I bought the invisi-weft tape-ins which are expensive. You get 10 wefts (5 sandwhiches) for $129.00 I used 3 sandwhiches for volume in the back. These were beautiful at first but after 4 weeks they started tangling horribly with my own hair. I've tried brands you can only purchase through a salon and brands you get from Sally's. These are the worst I've ever gotten as far as tangling. The invis-weft bond is great though. Too bad you can't even leave a comment on their website. Now I understand why people complain about their customer service.

I agree with everything you said. Mine were great until about a couple weeks after wearing them.

I have tried a lot of different brands, and these were the worst by far! They were constantly knotting in my hair and were so dry.

I was putting oils in them every day like their website said to do, but they remained dry and broke off constantly. I love the invis-weft bond, but the hair was not worth it!
