Glam Seamless

I have used and reused other brands tape in extensions many many times. I received Glam Seamless as a gift for Christmas.

I had the others removed after 8months of use and reuse and had Glams professionally applied 3 weeks ago. The 1st 2 weeks were finethen Glam Seamless began to tangle. I always sleep on satin pillowcases and apply extension specific hair care products. Id brush my hair more often, applied professional product to detangle, hydrate etc.

whats the point of curling my hair to have to continually brush out the mats resorting to keeping it in a ponytail to avoid more tangleswhy bother having extensions

I called customer service. Spoke to Amanda. At first she said its probably the water (same water Ive used on other extensions that did not clump and tangle) then she said their hair is very delicate and they use a lot of chemicals on them(hhmmmm). Then she said theyd have to run a full investigation and though I received them as a gift and have them in my hair, they could not deal with me as I was not the person purchasing them.

Meaning my son, who knows nothing about hair other than the 2 inches or so on his own head, would have to correspond with them directly because he was the one who paid for them. He would have to disrupt his business day and deal with them as I could not! This is preposterous!

After getting the order number via a quick text to him while on the phone with Amanda, Amanda tells me, though they were purchased on Dec 15th and received on Christmas and not applied until Feb 1 (23 days ago) theyre out of warranty! Doesn't matter when the gift was received or when applied all that mattered was the date of the order.

Needless to sayGlam Seemless customer service is awful and their policies are worse. Their product is the absolute worst. Just because its expensive does not mean theyre good or worth financial lossor aggravation!

Ill go back to the less expensive product and enjoy tangle free hairbeauty does not have to hurt your head or your purse. After this experience with this product and this company, I would never recommend their product to anyone.

Seamless??? Doubtful!

I purchased 1100 dollars in hair from glam seamless only to be completely let down by the quality. I have been using extensions for years and I have had every type of extension but I have stayed with Remi or hot heads hair and never had ANY of the issues I have experienced with Glam seamless.

I was suggested to purchase them by a hair stylist near a new location I moved. After wearing them a few weeks and washing them maybe 2-3 times they were unmanageable. If I even attempted to wear them down they tangled up in such a mess it was impossible and embarrassing! They cannot hold curl it just falls out 10min after you curl it all.

It looked like I had never brushed my hair in my life. Not only that they constantly shed. Not talking a little shedding like a ton anytime I brushed my hair it was unbelievable. I thought maybe I got a bad batch of hair so like an idiot I purchased another set for 600 more dollars in a shorter length.

This batch of hair was even worse! There is no way that this is real hair it looks and feels like the hair you would get on a Barbie doll which is synthetic. They have to be mixing real and fake hair together. This is not acceptable!

My hard earned money is down the drain ... literally.

I contacted Glam Seamless right away. The hair I received is not straight once it is wet, very curly and frizzy of which you don't know until after installed.

Very misleading to process the fair to look silky and straight for packaging, knowing it is not. Also, it sheds like a dog in July....horribly. Handfuls. I reached out to customer service and quality control dept.

Supplied photos too. I was essentially told too bad, until I said I'll just make a YouTube review so others don't lose hundreds of dollars and then I was told I can uninstall the hair, send it to them, and they will decide if it is defective and let me know.....really? Are you kidding me??? I had to pay first and trust the company they would ship a quality product, and you want to question my integrity?

Wow. The right thing is send replacement hair.

I'm happy to ship this garbage hair back. That is what a reputable company does!
