I have had good experience, it comes down to using the right products for care for the hair. Amazing quality.

First of all, the review on her from the owner/CEO is ridiculous. These extensions are horrid. I spend a total of around $550. I even ordered sample pieces to get the color perfectly correct. The hair looked great when it came in and I had it professionally installed my a stylist who was trained to install tape in extentions. After only 2 washes the hair went from being silky and smooth to rough and matted even after it was flat ironed. Just walking around for 5 mins it would look like a tumble *** in the back. I have had extensions for about 8 years and these are the worst ones I have used. The owner states that the bad reviews are from people who wanted to save and not install at a salon... wrong!!! Who would spend over $500 for new hair to just have someone throw them in?? I sure didn’t do that so why would they turn out to be so horrible when I did all the right things to protect them and take care of them... even after they turned to crap after 2 washes. Since I’ve had extensions so long I’m fully aware of how to take care of them and how to brush them and sleep with them. BTW.. I never swam with them or used product on them that wasn’t supposed to be used. I never used a flat iron or curling iron that was too hot. In fact I would even let them air dry many times and they looked like a coarse, kinky frizzy wig. It reminded me of a Halloween costume hair that was found at a thrift store. When I did try to curl it, it wouldn’t even curl right. I was so embarrassed to have them in my hair and couldn’t wait to get them out. The one and only good thing I can say is that the color of the hair was the perfect shade. That’s it. There is zero percent chance that it was either mixed with synthetic hair and/or coated with something to make it seem silky to last long enough to not issue you a refund. There is zero percent chance that it was true Remy hair... Remy hair doesn’t matte up like a bird nest sitting on the back of your neck!!! Find extensions elsewhere!!!

First batch I ordered was amazing - then it all went down hill from there - ordered same batch and had it installed today - wow! Ombré looks dip dyed - Colour is the same buy the tone is off and guess what they offered me after sending a pic - $20 Credit! As if! I spent over $1000 with them just for this batch! Do not buy from glam seamless!

For the first few weeks the hair was great. Now it won't stay untangled. I spent hours trying to untangle my extentions. This isn't what they advertised! How can I get a refund or sue?

I don't like these extensions at all. They have itched the entire time I ve had them in. They take forever to dry. And the ends are completely dried out and I don't even use heat on them. I've had them in for about four weeks and I cannot wait to take them out. It's a rip off. Get clip ins if u want extensions. I'm scared to see what kind of damages done to my real hair once I get them out

I purchased two sets of invisible tape in hair extensions and had them put in about three days ago. Almost one tbird of them have already come out and were unbelievably tangled. They were almost impossible to comb out. Prior to buying your extensions, i purchased some cheap tape ins from the amazon site, and tbey stayed in my hair for six weeks until i removed them to have my hair dyed. I am so disappointed. I thought that i was upgrading to much more professional extensions with glamseamless. You have more colors to choose from but i am so disappointed. I even purchased a color ring and kept it because i thought that I was going to be a lifelong customer and several people also had planned to order from you. Are you just good at marketing but don't actually make a superior product.

The hair quality is not good at all!!! The hair is brand new not even in my head for one full day and it has already started to matte up and shed. For as much money as I have paid for this hair it's fraudulent to sell this product at the prices your asking your customers to pay if the quality is not going to stand up to its product!
