Wish I had read this site first. It took days before they responded to my request to return, and another week or two to send the return label.

They when I asked about the difference in price - the new ones I chose were cheaper, they charged me $15 MORE than they were going to charge me the day before, just because I asked.

Worst customer service ever!

Not to mention the hair is of the same quality or worse than many others I have ordered that were MUCH less. For example Donna Bella hair is about 1/3 the price as Glam, and better quality.

I would never buy again from this store.
