i purchesed tape in extensions about 2 weeks ago and i have them in for a week. First of the color didn't match they say on the website its jet black its actually dark brown.

When i called some lady Haley was like well if you opened i am going to charge you $40 for return. I was so mad and asked to speak to a supervisor, a lady called about a hour later and stated oh you can color they will be fine if you dont use PERMENT HAIR COLOR, so i did i colored it jet black. OMG!!!!

THE HAIR STARTED SHEDDING LIKE CRAZY!!!! ITS SO THIN NOW AT THE PONT WHERE I CANT EVEN WEAR THEM, SPENT $300 ON NOTHING WORSE COMPANY EVER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAIR DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THEY WILL ***!

YOU SEND OUT AWFUL DAMAGED DEFECTIVE HAIR AND THEN TELL THE CONSUMER THERE IS NO RECOURSE AND WE ARE STUCK WITH THEM. YOU GUYS SUCK AND I AM SPREADING THE WORD TO ALL THE WOMEN OUT THERE...STAY FAR AWAY FROM GLAM SEAMLESS!!!

I totally agree about Haley. Her forté is clearly not customer service.

IMO you can tell a lot about a company when things go wrong, and how they handle it.

I think the hair is lovely, however my platinum blonde came in with a pink cast.

Still trying to rectify the hair that is now attached to my own.
