I purchased the 20" Invisi-clip ins and they were not very invisible. Felt heavy, but the hair quality was very nice, so I decided to purchase the 16" Invisi-clip ins but this time the hair had a lot of breakage in it.

The box it came in looked a little abused and the hair is curved. There is no way to see this in a sealed box so now that it is opened, there is no way to return. Any this company does not even offer returns, only credit but, why would I want credit, if I don't like the product? What a waste of $200.

I am so disappointed. I will go with Luxy Hair next time.

They do offer a full refund and will even give you a sample of the hair for free. I don't like the customer service of this company and as a consumer, it is a gamble to purchase anything from them.
